I want.
“anything is possible!”
How periods really are:
Your pants:
Angry at everyone at all times
When someone is loud and perky and happy
When anyone talks
When people piss you off just enough
Emotions = out of control
When someone asks what’s wrong
Food = only chance at happiness
LOLOL
LOL. True that
this is, without a doubt, the cutest thing I have ever seen…
haven’t had time to update since my last (rant)/blog post…
but here’s what’s happened recently:
- finally heard back from that intense interview and luckily got the job at Korean Air - Career Division (which basically means that I work at LAX for the first year, then they either assign me to a specific division or I can request to move to a division I desire, which is Marketing/Advertising as of now… but my ultimate goal is to get an MBA and hopefully be one of the top executives… just a dream though lol)
- which leads to my second life-changing decision - I will no longer be pursuing Law and the LSAT’s… I want to commit myself to this new dream because I truly believed it happened at this specific point in my life for a legitimate reason.
- which leads to me staying in Orange County for the first year… but I will hopefully move to LA after completely settling down as a full-time working woman. (I don’t know if I’ll ever get used to working full-time………. sigh)
- I start in August, so I am free ALL DAY, EVERYDAY of July! (minus occasionally going into internship, but that will end very soon.. lol) perhaps… vegas?! any takers?!!
- August 6: Hard Summer
- August 18: 2 years w/ Mr. Seo
- September 9-11: Palm Springs w/ Ryan & Kathy
JoJo - Marvin’s Room (Can’t Do Better)
Summer Anthem #3
- line #1 that caught my eye: “Adderall and red bull”
- line #2 that caught my eye: “And when you’re in her I know I’m in your head”
- best line of the whole song: “Baby I’m the best so you can’t do better”
coolest one I’ve heard yet… I think this one even beats yours, Ellis… (I’m still waiting for you to make me a personal one by the way)
AWESOME
amaaazing
NO. WAY.

Today, I experienced the most intense Job Interview of my life… I can honestly say it was harder than anything I went through in my four years of college…
I tried to “prep” for the interview last night with a girl friend of mine, and it was hilarious. She would ask me questions (commonly asked interview questions found online), and she would basically answer them for me in the most bullshitting manner ever. I prayed to God that I wouldn’t get asked any of these questions today ‘cause I know I would have died laughing thus disqualifying my candidacy. lol.
One of the questions she asked me: “Where do you see yourself in 10 years?”
What she told me to say: “I see myself in YOUR position.”
I love her.
So back to the interview, I walk in and there are already 4-5 people in there all decked out with leather portfolios/folders, full suits… some girls had dresses on… one girl in particular had a vegas dress on…… I felt way out of my league. I proceed to walk into the room with my butch-looking work pants… and this is the best part… they tell me the first step of this interview is to write an essay………. a full-blown essay…. WTF?! I haven’t written an essay since I graduated… with no time to spare, I immediately used all the bullshitting tricks in the book that I have accumulated throughout my years at UCSD. As soon as I finished my “essay”, I get called into another room for the verbal interview with another girl or lady (she looked way older than me) and another guy (around the same age as me). I have never experienced a group interview before… but as soon as we walk in… there are 4 men all in suits just sitting in a row with their laptops, typing away… and three chairs facing them… as soon as I sat down, my eyes went straight to the HUGE STACK of resumes…………………… I’m not exaggerating… there was at least a 100 resumes… They interrogated us for a good 30 minutes to an hour… I never sweat… but today… I was sweating… profusely.
I have never walked out of an interview feeling so… what’s the word… the opposite of confident… well anyways, we get our calls at the end of the week or the beginning of next week for the 2nd round of interviews… if we made it or not… I’m just gonna put everything in the hands of God. He already has a plan for me and knows what’s in my future. “Everything happens for a reason.”
But this will basically determine my summer… based on the results of this… I’ll be in either Los Angeles, Irvine, or San Diego… stay tuned for updates!
